Tuyo card availability
The Tuyo card can be issued in most countries where Tuyo is generally available. The card provider has additional country, U.S. state, and territory restrictions.

- Availability does not guarantee approval; identity verification, account standing, and the card provider’s review still apply.

Funding your card
To use the Tuyo card, you need USDC on the Base network, and the funds must be in the Cash section of the app. If your funds are a different token or on a different network, they appear under Holdings. Use Convert to convert them to USDC on Base so they move into Cash and become available to spend.
Country restrictions
The rows below are the card provider’s country exceptions. Countries not listed are available at the provider layer, subject to general Tuyo availability and account approval.
“Card payments” describes the provider’s separate spending-country restriction. An “Available” value in that column does not override unavailable issuance or a general Tuyo prohibition.

If card access is still unavailable
Confirm the verified residence and U.S. state first. If the location is available but the card is missing or rejected, check the current card application, identity-verification status, and provider reason. Do not treat geographic availability as approval or promise that Support can override the provider.
