Tuyo is generally available outside the platform-wide prohibited jurisdictions below. This is the first availability check: if a country is listed here, users from that country cannot access Tuyo wallet, Earn, ramps, card, or virtual bank-account services.

Check the user’s verified residence first, then review the service-specific availability guide. A different login-IP country is useful context but does not replace verified residence. If the general and service-specific results are both available but the feature is still missing, check verification and account standing instead of promising access.
