Apple Pay card availability
If you cannot add your Tuyo card to Apple Wallet, first try adding it manually and confirm which country or region you are in. Then check Apple Pay availability and the device and account requirements below.

- In Apple Wallet, try adding the card manually by entering the card number, expiration date, and CVV.
- Confirm the country or region where you are trying to add it and find it in the availability table below.
- Confirm that your Apple device is compatible and running the latest available software.
- Make sure you are signed in to your Apple Account with two-factor authentication enabled.
- Confirm that Face ID, Touch ID, Optic ID, or a device passcode is configured.
- Try adding the card again and note the exact error message.
- If it still fails, contact Tuyo Support with your country or region, device model, software version, and the error message.
Country availability does not guarantee card eligibility
Apple Pay being available in a country or region does not mean every card can be added. Apple requires a supported card from a participating issuer, and card eligibility can vary.

Step-by-step troubleshooting
Apple currently repeats Kyrgyzstan in both its Asia-Pacific and Europe sections; this normalized table keeps one row and records both source regions.
1. Check your country or region
If your location is not listed above, Apple Pay is not currently available there. Do not change your device region to bypass local availability.
2. Check your device and software
Use a device that supports Apple Pay and install the latest available version of iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, macOS, or visionOS.
3. Check Apple Account security
Sign in to your Apple Account, enable two-factor authentication, and configure Face ID, Touch ID, Optic ID, or a device passcode.
4. Check for temporary problems
Confirm that the device has a working internet connection and check Apple's System Status for an Apple Pay or Wallet outage.
5. Record the error message
If Wallet shows Could Not Add Card, Invalid Card, or Card Device Limit, record the exact message. Apple advises contacting the card issuer for these errors.
6. Contact Tuyo Support
Send Tuyo Support:
- your country or region;
- your Apple device model;
- the installed software version;
- the exact Wallet error message;
- whether the card was previously added to this or another device.

Never send your full card number, security code, PIN, Apple Account password, or a screenshot containing complete card details.
