# Understand balances and activity in your AI assistant

## Quick text guide

1. Ask for your current balances, a past balance, or activity for a named period.
2. For a spending breakdown, specify the dates and category you want.
3. For a particular transfer or purchase, ask the assistant to open its details.
4. If a figure is missing or differs from the app, ask the assistant what the figure includes and when it was checked.

## Cash, crypto, and investments

Your assistant can read the Cash, crypto, and investment positions in your account. A supported asset appearing in search does not mean you own it.

A token amount and its estimated money value are different figures. Prices can be unavailable, so a missing valuation does not mean the holding is worth zero.

Cash balances can include information about interest where available. Your earnings are already reflected in your account value; adding them again would overstate the total. You manage Cash interest in the Tuyo app.

## Spending and transaction totals

Ask questions such as "How much did I spend on restaurants last month?" or "Show my transfers from September 1 to September 30."

Totals depend on the dates, currency, category, and transaction states included. A purchase, an incoming refund, and a failed action should not be treated as the same kind of spending. If you need a complete list, the assistant may need to load more results.

The assistant can also review opening and closing balances, activity, earnings, and value changes over a period of up to 366 days. That account-data summary is different from an official downloadable statement, certified proof of funds, or a tax document. Do not assume that a generated summary meets another organization's requirements.

## When an amount or status is unclear

A missing figure means it is unavailable, not necessarily zero. An empty search can also result from filters or an incomplete date range.

For a send or conversion, approval and completion are separate. For a bank transfer, check whether the bank payout itself completed. Estimates of conversion proceeds are not proof of what was received.
